Refund policy

If you're not 100% happy with your order you can simply return any full-priced item for a refund, exchange or credit note within 10 days of receipt.

  • Sale Items are eligible for an exchange or credit note only but are not eligible for a refund.

  • Anything marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in prime condition, and in its original packaging. Footwear must have the sole plastic peel intact. The discretion for judging the quality of the returned product remains with us.

If your return is accepted, we’ll share detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Footwear (once used or without sole plastic peel intact)

  • Bags (if used or not in prime condition)

  • Items at Final Sale

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at director@sirooh.com.

International Returns & Exchanges

Returns
We are happy to process returns on international orders. However, the refund amount will be issued after deducting the following:

  • Return shipping cost (from the customer to us)

  • Import duties and taxes paid by us

Example:
Product Price – Return Shipping – Duties & Taxes = Final Refund Amount

Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges on international orders. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the product back to us.
